We occasionally find kindly message or unexpected gift in our room after the customer checked out.We found the lovely soap with the message,yesterday.The customer who had come from UK put them. These soaps smell wonderfully sweet. We share some with the colleague .
Sometimes,we get unhappy gift.It is unseparate rubbish without message.All of the gift is carried to the office. I think unhappy gift is a token of their grumble.They maybe can not understand how to throw .
To conclude,we always appreciate all of our customer and study from them everyday.
