We met a lovely poem.

Water Ways

You can't snatch water.

Water needs to be scooped by fingers held together in close accord, uplifting with care.

You can not snatch water.

Water needs to be enfolded by two palms cupped together in close accord, uplifting with care.

Water is that way ,and so is a person's heart.

poem written by Ms.Toshiko Takada

We love Japanese style curry!

Japanese curry is one of the most popular dishes in Japan, where people eat it 62 times a year according to a survey. We eat it at house, cafe, restaurants, school lunch, boxed lunch and camp.

It is very convenience to use the curry seasoning. You can buy various taste of the seasoning at supermarket. It is included all spice ,some fruits and honey.

Sometimes the curry-rice is topped with breaded pork cutlet,it is my favorite one!.

We have curry noodle with Udon,Ramen or Soba and curry bread:deep fried battered bread with curry in the middle, too.

We never tired of it!!
