The season for brewing has coming.There are about 40 sakagura:brewery at Fishumi.
The shotoku syuzo has a female chief brewer:Toji.
The tour for learning to make sake and tasting available from Jan.11th to Feb.28th.
We can arrange a guided English tour of it.

お酒の製造工程のほかにテイスティングも出来ます。
